Processing Time
All of our products are custom-made to order. Please allow 3-7 days for production before you order is shipped. This processing time ensures each items meets our quality standards.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 5 - 10 business days
Europe & UK Shipping: 10 - 20 business days, depending on your country’s postal system and customs.
Rest of World: 15 - 30 business days, depending on your country’s postal system and customs.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and delays can occur due to factors like customs processing or high demand during holidays periods.
Predefined Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based of your destination and order size. These rates are set by Gelato, our production partner, and you will see the total shipping costs before completing your purchase.
Tracking your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
Customs. Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
For International shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Tinker Unattended and Gelato do not cover these additional charges, and they are not included in the final checkout price.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, Please reach out to us at orders.tinkerunattened@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue. While we are nt responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, we will work with you and Gelato to find a solution.
