At Tinker Unattended, all of our products are made -to-order through print-on-demand process. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in the case of defective or damaged items.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Email us at orders.tinkerunattended@gmail.com with a detailed description and photos of the issue.

• Once we review the claim, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, we will happily replace it. Please email us within 7 days of delivery.

We will either offer a replacement or a refund for these items. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5 - 10 business days to process.

2. Our team will review the claim and respond within 3-5 business days

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about your order that cannot be resolved directly through our Customer Service team, you may escalate the dispute emailing our team. We will work to resolve the matter in a timely and fair manner.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed immediately after purchase to ensure timely production and delivery. For this reason, we cannot accept order cancellations once an order has been placed and production has started.

At Tinker Unattended, we comply with all applicable export laws and restrictions. Our Products are currently available for purchase in 30 countries or regions. We are unable to ship to countries with legal or trade restrictions as dictated by US law.
